Shipping policy

All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day and are sent by Royal Mail or Evri.

• Small letters (Greetings Cards) are sent by first class post.

• All other items are sent by Tracked 24 or 48 hour service, dependent on whether "Express" or "Standard" delivery is selected at checkout.  Email and SMS notification will be provided for your delivery.

Please note, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man take longer to deliver and are at a different delivery cost. Please contact hello@therosyrobin.co.uk and we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Orders are not processed Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays.

Once an order has been placed it is unlikely that we will be able to make any changes, but please email us at hello@therosyrobin.co.uk and if the order hasn't been processed, we will do our best to change it for you.
